Privacy
Account and gameplay data
The application stores account information needed for sign-in, including an email address and a password hash, along with your Player, Ships, actions and game history. Support and administrative tools can inspect relevant game records and messages.
Account verification and recovery emails use Brevo SMTP. Daily Digest emails are optional and use your saved notification preferences.
Optional external sign-in
Where enabled, you may authenticate with Microsoft or Google. That provider receives the authentication request and returns an identifier and available email information. Unmapped Space stores the linked provider and its stable identifier, not provider access or refresh tokens. External-only accounts have no local password hash until you create a password. Provider email does not automatically verify your Unmapped Space email or link an existing account.
Operational records
The application records operational diagnostics to investigate errors and operate the game. These public pages do not introduce advertising or analytics tracking.
